These Terms are a binding agreement between you and 24Seven Finland Oy Ab. By creating an account or using the Services, you accept these Terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the Services.

Data protection. Using the Services involves processing personal data. Our Privacy Policy explains how we do this in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Finnish Data Protection Act (1050/2018).

Changes to these Terms. We may update these Terms. We will notify you of material changes in the App or by email in advance of the change taking effect. If you do not accept the changes, you may delete your account before they take effect. Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under mandatory consumer protection law.

Age. An account can be created by anyone who can complete strong electronic identification with the Finnish Trust Network (FTN) or identify themselves with Vipps MobilePay. We do not apply a separate minimum age beyond the requirements of those identification methods. Minors may use the Services for everyday purchases in accordance with Finnish law.

1. Our services

24Seven operates unmanned stores in Finland that are open 24 hours a day and sell everyday groceries, beverages and other essentials. Our stores use smart fridges, vending machines, self-checkouts and app-based or Vipps MobilePay identification.

We do not currently sell alcohol, tobacco or nicotine products, or medicines in Finland.

Store ownership. Our stores operate under a franchise model. Each store is independently owned and operated by a local store owner under the 24Seven brand and platform. We provide the technology, systems and platform; the store owner is responsible for day-to-day store operations, including customer service and returns. The store owner’s contact details are shown in the App and in the store.

2. Intellectual property

We own or license all intellectual property rights in the Services, including software, databases, designs, text, images, trademarks and logos (the “Content”). We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Services and to download or print Content you have properly accessed, for your personal, non-commercial use only.

Feedback. If you send us suggestions or feedback, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use them to improve our Services. This does not affect your rights to your personal data.

3. Your commitments

By using the Services, you confirm that:

  1. The information you provide is true, accurate and up to date, and you will keep it updated.
  2. You have the legal capacity to accept these Terms.
